We deliver worldwide. The delivery options and fees for your country are shown at checkout before you confirm your order.

Payment

Pay cash on delivery where available, or by bank transfer. Prices can be shown in your currency; the order is charged in the currency displayed at checkout. Card payment will be available soon.

Returns

For hygiene reasons, fragrances and beauty products can only be returned unopened, sealed and in their original packaging. Contact us before sending any item back.

Damaged or wrong item

If your order arrives damaged or does not match what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo: we will make it right.
